The location of the hotel was peaceful and perfect for getting water before hiking. It was also close to the town center, various restaurants, bars, Sapa central square, and other amenities.

Hotel was beautifully decorated and great modern, I really enjoyed the stay.

The room was decent sized, brand-new and included a minibar, satellite TV and climate control. The bathroom was large, with a separate shower. Spent here 3 lovely days and would stay here again.

the staffs were competent & especially helpful. we only slept at the double room with big bed, but thoroughly enjoyed it.

The location was perfect and decent with lots of restaurants and bars right at the doorstep. A few times I ate at Botanic Sapa Restaurant, located not too far from the hotel. Rooms were well decorated and brand-new and provided with a very comfortable bed, kettle, for instance.

I spent a day at this place during a trip and had a wonderful time. the atmosphere here is pretty quiet and relaxing. the location is superb, being right next to the bus depot, the center of town, and the bus terminal. It was so convenient to be close to everything 👌.

The full body massage at the spa center left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. The sun terrace provided stunning views of the surrounding landscape and was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of hiking.
